Cielo Cloud Host: Terms of Service & Legal Regulations

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our staging, development, and turnkey website products.

2. Description of Services

Cielo Cloud Host provides automated hosting environments, including:

Turnkey WordPress Deployments: Provisioned via WHM/cPanel for staging and development.
General cPanel Hosting: Supporting manual installations and standard web technologies.
Managed Support & Content: SEO content production and technical maintenance services.

3. Purpose of Use: Staging and Development

Clients acknowledge that this FOSSBilling portal is primarily intended for staging, development, and support environments.

Subdomains: Complimentary .cielocloud.xyz subdomains are provided for development purposes.
Production Sites: While production hosting is supported, clients are encouraged to manage primary domain assets through our main storefront at cielocloudhost.com.

4. Government Contractor Packages

For clients utilizing our Essential, Growth, or Enterprise Compliance packages:

Compliance: We provide the infrastructure and templates designed to aid in compliance; however, the client is solely responsible for the accuracy of their NAICS/CAGE codes and the legal validity of their internal bid documents.
Security: Advanced tiers include hosting on security-hardened infrastructure, but specific certifications (e.g., FedRAMP) are subject to the limitations of the underlying data center provider.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using services for illegal activities or hosting malicious content.
Exceeding the Passenger Application limits (e.g., maximum of 4 instances on specific plans).
Violating the resource quotas (Disk Space and Bandwidth) assigned to their specific tier (e.g., 20 GB for Gold/Platinum tiers).

6. Billing and Refunds

Coupons: Promotional codes must be applied at the time of checkout and are subject to the specific restrictions set within the FOSSBilling "Marketing" module.
Cancellations: Service cancellations must be submitted through the support ticket system within the client portal.
Content Services: SEO blog posts and support addons are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cielo Cloud Host and its lead engineer, Quentin Russell, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of staging environments for live production traffic. We provide automated tools "as-is" and do not guarantee specific search engine rankings through our SEO content services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect the privacy of our clients. Data collected during the onboarding process is used strictly for server provisioning, billing, and automated WordPress toolkit injections.
